  • Customer Account Strategies :
    • Partner with Sales and BU stakeholders to formulate customer account-level strategies
    • Track customer selection landscape to assess served market opportunity
  • Product Configuration Analyst :
    • Be first point of contact at Business Unit (BU) for assessing new Purchase Orders (POs) / Requests for Quotations (RFQs) on released products
    • Provide recommendation for the best-fit tool and configuration catering to customer’s needs
    • Work closely with Applications, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations (Methods) and Sales Operations to build product configuration strategies and decision models
    • Build and maintain a generic product configuration tree, to enable speed of decision-making by field and sales teams


  • Functional Knowledge :
    • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in managing projects across disciplines
    • Familiarity with semiconductor processes and equipment use-cases (4 years minimun experience in semiconductor capital equipment sales highly preferred)
    • Familiarity with mechatronics and optical systems highly preferred
  • Management Expertise :
    • Has knowledge of best practices pertaining to system engineering, managing projects and leading functional teams
    • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Leadership :
    • Acts as enabler for company-level decision-making and inter-departmental communication
    • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
    • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
